Incorporating more than 800 hours of personal and professional coaching education & training, her services offer a complete and holistic approach, personalized and tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each client. After twelve years of professional experience as a trusted legal advisor across multiple industries and countries, Virginia decided to open her own consulting practice.

Previously she used to work in Belgium as Senior Legal Counsel EMEA, for CommScope, a world leader multinational that helps companies around the world design, build and manage their wired and wireless networks.

She was mainly focused on employment, compliance and data privacy matters, supporting also corporate aspects throughout EMEA.

Before that she was Senior Legal Counsel EMEA Network Solutions in TE Connectivity, where she was manly focused on international commercial matters and risk management, providing also training for commercial and compliance matters in countries like Italy, Spain, France, South Africa, Belgium, The Netherlands.

She has extensive experience also in other legal fields such as, litigation, IP, M&A, having worked as a generalist legal counsel for an important player in the industry sector: Nidec ASI S.p.A. (FKA Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali S.p.A.)

She worked overall 10 years in Nidec ASI Spa , two of which spent by the subsidiary Nidec ASI LLC in Houston as Legal Advisor and Contracts Manager. Virginia is admitted to the bar in Italy (“Avvocatessa”).

She holds an LLM in International Business Law from Boston University in Boston and a JD from Catholic University in Milan, where she graduated in law with international focus.
