Adv. Vijayalaxmi Khopade is a practicing lawyer with more than 10yrs of experience in litigation and advisory practice. Vijayalaxmi specializes in civil and criminal litigation and regularly represents her clients at trial courts as well as in appellate courts, her forte being white-collar crimes. She also has experience in handling Constitutional cases, Administrative and Service matters. As an advocate impaneled with Nationalised banks she has good experience in handling a variety of legal issues arising as a result of banking transactions. She has successfully mediated between Corporations, employees, and Labour Unions in resolving their disputes.
She provides legal assistance for domestic as well as foreign companies in setting their businesses in India.

In 2021 she has completed a course on ‘Public International Law’ conducted by the Hague Academy of International Law’. She presented her research work titled “Caste-based atrocities as a violation of International Human Rights in view of Indian Diaspora and its subsequent penalization” at the Mid-year meeting 2021 conducted by the American School of International law, Washington DC.
