Somesh Tiwari is a practising lawyer with a wealth of experience in representing clients before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He inherited his passion for justice from his grandfather, a senior advocate at the Allahabad High Court, and has established himself as a reputable lawyer in areas such as Arbitration, Banking, Company Law, Corporate Commercial Disputes, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

As the founder of Vardharma Chambers, Somesh has navigated through challenging times and built a successful practice that has been recognised with awards such as the prestigious Lex Falcon Award 2021 and Emerging Law Firm of the Year award-2022 at the Lex-Talk Awards held in Dubai. His areas of expertise include civil and criminal law, and he has worked on landmark PMLA and white-collar crime cases before the Supreme Court. Recently, he was appointed by the Government of Manipur to represent them before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Courts all over the country
