Shahan Karimi has over 10 years' experience of acting in a range of disputes before various Courts and Tribunals in Pakistan.
He advises clients over the whole course of dispute resolution proceedings, with a focus on civil, commercial, constitutional and banking matters. Shahan has developed significant experience in matters pertaining to shareholder disputes, company law matters, white-collar crime, land disputes, public procurement, banking, intellectual property, inheritance, and family law disputes.
He regularly appears before the High Courts and also assists the senior partners in a range of litigation matters in the Honourable High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan.
