I delivered business-driven Legal strategy at global, regional & national levels across industry verticals and types of organizations. Currently, I am Chief Legal, Compliance and Company Secretary at ISON Group focused on Egypt, East Africa, West Africa, South Africa, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific markets. Group is into IT, ITES, Health, Telecommunication Infrastructure, Customer services having business operations in 35 countries across Africa, the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific.
I lead the group’s efforts in building strong corporate governance, Compliance focused organization. I look after the entire gamut of issues, related to M&A, Corporate Restructuring, contract, Litigation, Human resources, Board & Shareholders related, Regulator, Corporate Governance and Compliances.
Under my watch organization spread its wings by carrying out acquisitions in Egypt, South Africa, Dubai, Cyprus, Mauritius, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Mozambique, and other parts of Africa and Middle East. I ensured smooth transition of business considering the laws of the respective countries where the acquisition was made.
