Parnika is a tri-qualified lawyer, England and Wales, India, and California with over eleven years of experience, of which more than nine have been spent in the Middle East. Parnika specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on international commercial arbitration and common law Court litigation, often with a multijurisdictional element.
She has extensive experience in arbitration, including under the DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, QICCA, LCIA, and ICC Rules. She has also acted for clients in many cases before the DIFC Courts and the Courts of England and Wales.
Parnika represents clients in a wide range of financial and commercial disputes, including complex joint venture and shareholder arrangements and distribution agreements. She also has extensive experience in the construction sector, representing various high-profile owners and developers in the Middle East market (UAE and Qatar), particularly on contracts governed by the FIDIC Books.
The Legal 500 UAE 2021 has ranked Parnika in the ‘Rising Star’ Category. Parnika has also been ranked by Chambers & Partners Global 2021 Directory as an “up-and-coming force in the UAE disputes arena”.
