Mohamed is a founding partner of OGH Legal and the managing partner. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in the Middle East in handling complex disputes. He is recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal.
He has been involved in court litigations in numerous jurisdictions primarily in the UAE various local and federal courts (including DIFC and ADGM), Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, as well as UAE, Egyptian and KSA law expert before English, Irish, Canadian and Australia Courts.
Mohamed he has handled cases under most of the major arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, DIAC, CRCICA, SIAC and UNCITRAL. He has sat as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator or chairman on more than 40 cases in the UAE, and Egypt.
Previous experience, Mohamed was Director (& Registrar) of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre and the acting leader of Hogan Lovells’ Disputes practice in the UAE.
