Michelle I. Taylor is an Associate General Counsel in the Department of the Air Force General Counsel, providing advice, and legal support to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Energy & Environment and the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). Ms. Taylor received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 1996 from Bennett College in Greensboro, NC. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2003. Her primary responsibilities include negotiating, drafting and executing commercial transactional documents, including Enhanced Use Lease Agreements (EUL), interpreting laws, policies and regulations that include environmental, energy and fuel disposals. She represents her clients in long-term portfolio management and sustainment of lease projects. Prior to working for the AF, she worked as an Assistant Vice President, Southwest Regional Underwriting Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group.
