Maxim Kuzmin is a senior associate at the Russian law firm BGP Litigation. He is an attorney admitted to the Moscow Bar Association.

Maxim has been representing both Russian and foreign clients in complex transnational disputes over 10 years. Maxim has been counsel in arbitrations under the rules of LCIA, ICC, SCC, SCAI, ICAC, and coordinated multi-jurisdictional disputes in the UK, US, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Cyprus, BVI, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, and South Africa. In recent years, his experience focuses on M&A and construction disputes.

Maxim has been ranked in international arbitration by Best Lawyers in 2020. Prior to joining BGP Litigation in 2017, Maxim worked in the international dispute resolution groups of leading Russian law firms.
