Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in Dispute Resolution concerning a wide range of mercantile and civil issues: contracts (disputes arisen from M&A transactions, bank products and services, real estate lease agreements, professional services, construction), competition law, tortious liability, director’s liability, shareholders-company conflicts, enforcement of foreign rulings and awards, enforcement of security rights.

Experience in commercial arbitration both International (before the CCI, ZCC) and domestic (before the CAM, CIMA). Has also participated in ad hoc cases subject to the Spanish Arbitration Act.

Concerning Bankruptcy Law, has acted as receiver, as debtor’s attorney and as creditor’s attorney. Has also participated in transactions regarding productive units, distressed debt (NPLs portfolios and single names), special situations and real estate-backed debt investments
