Dr. Jur. Madison Juschin earned her B.A. from University of California, Davis with high
honors and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law on top 10% of her class.
Ms. Juschin worked has a diverse professional experience including involvement in Giant
tech companies such as Google, advising on Data Privacy issues as well as involvement on
class actions and complex commercial litigation, such as Uber Technologies, Inc. suit
against subcontractors’ employment allegation. She has also represented the State of
California in a qui tam case again British Petroleum. Ms. Juschin’s prior experience
further includes working on privacy regulation at Twitter in Dach-Countries and the
Ms. Juschin has an extensive experience defending cases involving large exposures in the
areas of products liability, premises liability and business litigation as well as Blockchain
Consulting for Startup companies. She has argued motions in both state and federal courts
and has successfully handled dismissal motions in the past.
Her representative clients have included private business owners, corporations,
department stores such as Macys, large and small business owners, hotel industry
including Airbnb, restaurants, shopping centers such as the San Francisco Westfield
Center, rideshare platforms, residential and commercial property developers.
