Kathleen currently is the Chief legal officer of SESVanderHave, a unique sugar beet seed company HQ in Belgium with worldwide activities. She has been practicing law for more than 20 years now as company lawyer for stock listed and privately owned companies, start-ups and established companies. The common denominator was that all companies that Kathleen worked for had a global reach and that she had international responsibilities.
Kathleen studied in Brussels, Antwerp and New Orleans and is currently taking the General Counsel executive program at Rotterdam Management School. Next to the law degrees Kathleen also holds an International Trade Executive certificate from the International Business Institute in Brussels.
Kathleen is member of the Belgian Institute for Company lawyers (IBJ) and of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
