Karim is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Hadef & Partners in Dubai.
A US qualified attorney, Karim is a Part II qualified Practitioner with the DIFC Courts and advocates regularly
before arbitration tribunals.
Karim acts for multinational and local entities regarding all manner of disputes in the local UAE Courts, arbitration
proceedings, and the DIFC Courts. His practice includes a broad range of commercial matters with particular
experience in shareholder, commercial agency, banking, and real estate disputes.
Karim’s white collar practice regularly advises on cross border disputes for both state and non-state entities
encompassing corporate fraud, assert tracing, freezing and recovery, extradition, and mutual judicial cooperation,
including issues relating to foreign judgments and Interpol notices.
He graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey and Brooklyn Law School in New York. Karim is a member of
the ABA, AIJA and is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars.
