oana Knoll-Tudor is a local partner of the French business law firm Jeantet. She is based in the Budapest office which serves as a regional hub for the firm in Central and Eastern Europe. She has an experience of over 10 years in representing clients in complex cross-border transactions and international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings related to multiple CEE / SEE jurisdictions.

Before joining Jeantet, Ioana worked with an international law firm in Poland and Hungary. She is a registered lawyer in the Paris, Madrid and Budapest bars and she represents clients in French, English, Spanish, Italian and her native Romanian. Ioana holds a PhD in international arbitration from the European University Institute in Florence, on the topic of the fair and equitable standard (published by OUP in 2008) and she publishes regularly on this topic, alongside regular teaching engagements.
