Ignacio Delgado is currently the General Counsel of Europe at Qanlex, a litigation funder whose main focus is countries of continental Law, including all of Latin America and Europe. Previously, he has been a lawyer with more than 15 years of professional practice experience, having worked at several Spanish and international law firms, mainly in commercial litigation. He afterward worked for Therium Capital for more than 4 years, and he acted also as a broker in litigation funding and advising several hedge funds and third-party funders in the monetization of claims, litigation funding, and acquisition of rights in portfolios of claims. He is a thought leader in his field and has already participated as a panelist in the World Litigation Forum.
