Amongst his many career highlights are successfully litigating against Mohammed al-Fayed, securing a summary judgment for an ex-senior police officer in defamation relating to the conviction of the Yorkshire Ripper hoaxer known as “Wearside Jack” and personally undertaking one of the first court-appointed mediation to be authorized by the State of New York regarding the ownership rights of a TV Channel.
He is viewed by clients as an “astute tactician” and a mediator recently described his role in a successful mediation as “an objective lesson in mediation advocacy.”
