GWA’s Managing Partner, Mr. Giovanni Pisacane is an Italian business lawyer specializing in international practice. He has been practicing as a business lawyer since 1996 and has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation.
He completed a Masters in Private International Law at The Hague Academy in the Netherlands. In 2004 he founded GWA Law, Tax and Accounting in Shanghai.
He was appointed as a Special Advisor for Italy-China business relations by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
Giovanni Pisacane is a member of the panel of arbitrators of Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC) and Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), and is also a member of the European China Law Studies Association (ECLSA), the International Bar Association Arbitration Committee (IBA) and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
He has lectured for several university programs, including the Masters in Global Management for China at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy.
