Felipe Moreira is a partner and Head of the Digital Law department at Rayes & Fagundes Advogados Associados. He has received his Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie-SP, with an emphasis in Civil Law, and has furthered his expertise by pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Law from EBRADI-SP. To enhance his professional competencies in the field of data protection, he has obtained a Data Protection Officer certificate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/RJ). Moreover, his CIPP/E certification from the prestigious International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) validates his extensive knowledge and expertise in privacy and data protection within the European context.
