Felipe Fernandes de Carvalho: is a partner in Mudrovitsch Advogados, and the head of the Criminal Area of the firm, working particularly with white-collar crimes. He is responsible for the coordination of teams in multiple cities and the conduction of high-profile criminal cases in Brazil. He has been working at Mudrovitsch Advogados since 2012. Felipe is a PhD candidate in Criminal Law at the University of São Paulo – USP. He also holds an LLM in Criminal Law from USP. He is a specialist in Corruption and Organized Crime from the University of Salamanca and in Criminal Law and Procedures from the Brazilian Public Law Institute. Also, Felipe attended Basic Compliance & Ethics by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and Legal Risk Management Strategies for Multinational Enterprises at Boston University. Felipe is a professor of criminal Law at IDP and UnB.
