UAE jurisdiction is experienced in litigation and arbitration in areas of commercial disputes,
DIFC legal practitioner from 2015 till the present.
My professional experience started as a judge assistant from 2008 to 2012 at the District Court
/Kharkiv city, Ukraine. Since 2012 worked as a lawyer in the Bank sector and private law firms.
During Phd have been practicing as a tutor and lecturer at the University in civil law and civil
procedure. Was involved in the teaching process, research, and modification of learning
materials and training development programs. Preparing and publishing legal articles in
local and international law Journals.
Very interested in the teaching process and inspired to share knowledge and legal practice with
students.
PRACTICAL AREAS: DIFC laws, DIFC Will & Probate procedure; UAE law (civil, commercial
law, criminal litigation, family, IP); Arbitration local and International.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
– Master in Law, magna cum laude diploma, 2012, National “Jaroslav the Wise” Law
Academy, Ukraine.
