After enjoying a successful career in industry David decided to switch to the law. David initially qualified as a barrister and was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2006 before going on to cross qualify as a Solicitor.
David spent a number of years in private practice with an elite global law firm. Following a 6 month secondment to the in-house legal team of a global oil and gas company David went on to join Harsco Corporation, a global NYSE listed entity operating in the steel, rail and construction sectors.
David has extensive experience of handling “big ticket” disputes across a wide range of jurisdictions and sectors including oil and gas, construction, utilities, shipping, transport, financial services and banking. He has handled litigation (both civil and criminal) arising out of contractual disputes, high value debt recovery, white collar crime, tax audits, employment matters, work related accidents/incidents and environmental pollution. David also has experience in multi-jurisdictional product recalls and product liability matters and consumer protection.
