Beste is a legal counsel with over 3 years’ experience and started her career providing legal services for foreign investors and companies throughout several areas, mostly focusing on contracts law, corporate governance matters of international public companies; she managed the processes regarding M&A, forming Joint Ventures and incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Build and Operate (BoT) Projects including the Project of 3^rd Bosphorus Bridge in Istanbul. On the other hand, she involved legal and financial processes of negotiations for many tenders with 2.5 billion USD contract values.

She currently works for a Big 4 company, EY Turkey, Istanbul Branch, provides legal opinions for the questions raised by the inter company employees regarding the business processes, to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risks on various type of contracts, follows up corporate processes, localization and implementation of EY Global policies and related European Laws and regulations such as GDPR.
