I graduated from Istanbul University Law Faculty, and joint degree at Political Science and International Relations Department. Also I participated Exchange programme at Tübingen University in Germany. I had studied Capital Markets and Stock Exchange Department at the Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute, now in thesis phase. I had worked reputable and international investment firms, governmental agency and law firms as inhouse  legal counsel and compliance officer more over than 10 years in areas such as capital market law, banking law, corporate law, emerging technologies, contract law, consumer law and other areas of law.  Currently I’m working as Chief Legal Counsel of the biggest Cryptocurrency Trading Platform in Turkey. I am President of the Istanbul Bar Association Banking and Finance Law Commission.  I am also member of the capital markets working group in TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) and BCTR (a Blockchain inititive in Turkey) regulatory framework working group.
