Advising a scheduled commercial banl‹ in a criminal investigation initiated against a listed tours
and travels company, its promoters and l‹ey managerial personnel involving corporate fraud and
siphoning of funds, entailing proceedings before the Bombay High Court, Bombay Sessions Court
and the Metropolitan Magistrate
Advising an IT service provider in an investigation by the Maharashtra Police into a mobile
application fraud, entailing proceedings before the Bombay High Court, including in relation to

Magistrate Court, in matters relating to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
Advising the client in criminal investigation initiated against its employee and Customs House
Agent for fraud and fabrication of customs records by the Economic Offences Wing entailing
proceedings before the Customs authorities and the Bombay High Court.
