Andrea Colorio, Ph.D. at the Universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Milan-Bicocca, and Szeged, is a Partner at Platter Ausserer Bauer
& Partners. He is experienced in a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution work, including investor-State negotiations under
Bilateral Investment Treaties, and has been involved in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional,
acting as administrative secretary to the arbitral tribunal, party’s counsel and co-arbitrator (under ICC rules). Dr. Colorio is a fellow of
the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and has written widely on comparative legal issues.
