Mr Farha is a multilingual, tri-national Swiss and US qualified lawyer with broad experience in legal and compliance matters in diverse legal systems, cultures and industries as well as in the not for profit sector. In his current role as General Counsel of a Swiss educational foundation with global operations, he heads a legal team with a strong focus on privacy as well as other regulatory compliance, intellectual property and IT contracts. Mr Farha’s former roles include Chief Legal Officer of a Fortune 500 automotive safety innovator, Compliance Counsel for a FTSE 100 global anti-bribery program rollout, European General Counsel of a contract manufacturer with 200,000 employees, and Privacy Officer / Senior Corporate Counsel at the world’s largest networking company. Mr Farha has publicly presented on topics such as competition law, patent valuation in acquisitions, privacy and anti-bribery compliance, and co-authored a book on Swiss Company Law. Mr Farha is a member of the New York Bar and a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Zurich law faculty.
