 President of the BoD of Vodafone Enterprise Italy Srl (“VEI”)
 Responsible of all legal and compliance matters of VEI
 Responsible to coordinate relationships between Vodafone Group functions
(Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance and Regulatory) in the UK with the
corresponding functions in Italy

o partnerships and alliances with Telco operators in the EMEA,
LATAM and APAC regions.
o advising end-to-end on all aspects of the product lifecycle,
including development, testing, payment flows, marketing and
launch.

 Lead counsel on the demerge of the business concerned with network
infrastructure by creating Vantage Towers NewCos in Europe
 Lead counsel in the sale of Vodafone New Zealand and in the partnership
with the investors to ensure revenues from the NZ market were maintained
post sale.
 Lead Counsel in the EMEA region on high value/complex agreements
(master service agreement, technology outsourcing and procurement) for the
supply of mobile and fixed connectivity, internet access, Carrier services (submarine cables, satellite network access) Converged Communications,
Software licensing, Apps, Managed Services, IoT, SaaS.
 Legal Know-how / Digital Transformation
o implemented digital contracts systems and platforms to enable
digital and automated contracting processes, data driven
negotiation and to improve governance and approvals from key
stakeholders.

I was part of the IP Department with a focus on protecting and enforcing Ferrari’s
brand worldwide, key activities:
 investigation on internet auctions selling counterfeit products such as
clothing, jewelry and luxury goods in general
 Drafted legal documents for Italian customs authorities required for seizing
counterfeit products transiting in Italy
 Investigated commercial activities in and surrounding Grand Prix circuits
around Europe. Delivered training to local Police and Customs officers on
Ferrari products (anti-counterfeiting labels, UV lamps and identity of
Ferrari’s brand)
