Akshay is a qualified Advocate practicing as Counsel before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals.
Over the years, he has advised and appeared for a number of corporate clients in various Constitutional, Arbitration, Corporate
and tax matters. He has been involved as Counsel in multiple arbitrations, both domestic and international. On the academic side,

Akshay is an Author and Editor of legal commentaries with as many as ten titles to his credit on Sale of Goods, Law of Torts, Information Technology, Advocates Act published by the renowned publishers LexisNexis. His work on the Advocates Act is prescribed in the syllabus of the Advocate-on-Record examination conducted by the Supreme Court of India.

Akshay is also associated as an Arbitrator with the prestigious Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot held every year at Vienna, Austria, in collaboration with the United Nations. Recently, Akshay was recognized as one of the top 100 lawyers of India by Forbes in their Legal Power List, 2022.
