Has managed litigations for more than ten years, including patent litigations against Eli Lilly, MSD, Roche and Pfizer.

Nominee for the Best Global Intellectual Property Individual of the Year / RIMSA, organized by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Awards (LACCA) 2016 with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) 2016, ceremony that took place at New York City on May 2016.

Collaborated directly at the Due Diligence process of RIMSA´s acquisition, as its leading in-house lawyer, that was finally concluded and acquired by TEVA for an amount of US$2.3 billion dollars.

As an in-house lawyer, she achieved the granting of 25 national pharmaceutical patents at the Mexican Trademark and Patent Office (IMPI) and 9 abroad vía the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) as a national pharmaceutical company at RIMSA.

Aída has a bachelor degree in law from Universidad Anáhuac at Mexico City and is now attending a Business Law Diploma at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
