Abdullah is an experienced technology lawyer who is working at stc, the largest telecom company in the MENA region. He has working on various technology transactions and is currently working with the Corporate Governance function to support the Board and its Committees with their mandates.
He has previously worked in the Pterochemical, Real Estate Develooment sectors as well as the Tadawul – the Saudi Stock Exchange.
He spent his childhood in Montreal, Canada and is trilingual (Arabic, English and French). He studied his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law in England. He also holds an LLM in Global Corporate Compliance from IE University in Madrid.
