Marando has gone through almost twenty years educating bosses on all angles regarding business regulation, especially in the public authority area. She stated that joining Maddocks “at a time of great change across the workplace and on the industrial relations front” was something she was eager to do.
Contracts, collective and individual employment agreements, labor hire and contractors, common law claims and investigations, flexible working arrangements, discrimination, recruitment, and workplace injuries are among the issues she is expected to address.
