Maddocks has invited Rosemary Marando to its work group in Sydney as unique advice.

Marando has gone through almost twenty years educating bosses on all angles regarding business regulation, especially in the public authority area. She stated that joining Maddocks “at a time of great change across the workplace and on the industrial relations front” was something she was eager to do.
Contracts, collective and individual employment agreements, labor hire and contractors, common law claims and investigations, flexible working arrangements, discrimination, recruitment, and workplace injuries are among the issues she is expected to address.
Isobel Feben has been appointed as a special counsel for Velocity Legal’s trusts and estates team.
The Law Institute of Victoria has awarded Feben the distinction of being an accredited specialist in wills and estates. She specializes in estate planning, guardianship and capacity disputes, probate and estate administration, trust disputes and advice, and estate disputes and challenges.
